Event Server - Weddings & Special Events

Our guests trust us to help them celebrate life one bite at a time during weddings, milestone celebrations, and private events. As part of our Event Team, you will play a key role in bringing those moments to life through polished service, teamwork, and attention to detail.

This is not your typical serving job. You will:

• Work weddings, private parties, and high-end events
• Be part of a professional, high-energy hospitality team
• Gain experience in structured, elevated service
• Work in some of Richmond's most unique venues
• Earn strong income through hourly pay plus gratuity

Event staff regularly earn $30+ per hour with gratuities.

What you'll do:

• Provide professional, attentive service at weddings and events
• Set up and break down event spaces
• Serve plated meals, buffets, and passed hors d'oeuvres
• Maintain clean and organized service areas
• Anticipate guest needs and deliver exceptional hospitality
• Work closely with event captains and team members
• Execute events with precision, timing, and attention to detail

What we're looking for:

• Prior serving or bartending experience required for those roles
• Bartenders must be 21+ | Servers 18+ | Support staff 16+
• Professional, polished, and guest-focused demeanor
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, structured environment
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs, climb stairs, and stand for extended periods
• Availability for weekends and some holidays
